Meh, go for the power you want man, lol... My car has 212 rwkw and it's responsive due to the stock turbos and auto cams, but a day after it was tuned I was over it and have wanted more ever since.
After. I'm going for a drive in it too once it's had the tune. So it'll impact greatly with what direction I go.
That's not terrible, I wouldn't be to phased on it. If you really are allow 2k for a shop to put new rings and bearings through it and have the heads serviced and thats it.
So what do the other cylinders read with oil ? Did you start the motor ? how did it run ? could be valve related also .
Motor runs fine due to the fact that it isn't super low. We didn't bother doing the oil test to other cylinders as there wasnt reason to. We're just about to pull the engine if you're not busy and want to "watch"
Im working on the boat (real boat lol ) today , otherwise I would have come over If you get stuck call me
Forgetting about the low comp I've been talking to a local member who's currently got a power figure of 390rwkw. He states that he's using GT525's and recommends that I go with the same turbo. He also mentioned that at roughly 3200-3500 rpm he would hit 15psi, which is considerably low compared to most builds of his scale. He obviously has had a fair bit of work done to it to reach those power figures. I'm not wanting to replicate those power figures as i'm not aiming that high. So I now pose the question: GT2560RS or GT525's?
Going to double check those figures when I see his car, cause it's near impossible to... Will confirm in a few weeks.
