Neat zorst. I like how its been kept high & tight. Surely some wider tyres will be needed?

 

that's 3" exhaust? what brand are the mufflers?

 

Yes will probably fibreglass wrap them.
Cat back is our UAS 2 seater sports exhaust.

Question, Behind the diff on one of those shots, its that what the electrical HICAS system looks like? I have only ever seen they hydraulic type so not sure

 

That is some brilliant exhaust work JP! Looks mint, and also some excellent welding skills!

 

Thanks and takes time to do, it sits up tight to the car and around the starter motor for better ground clearance.
It is a eries 3, so has electric hicas like R33 and R34.

 

Greddy Intercooler

Fitting this Greddy intercooler kit with 100 mm thick core 115 mm tanks, very nice kit.

 

Intercooler fitted. We had to modify one of the pipes to fit.

 

very nice end tanks on that greddy ..even if it is a horizontal fmic

 

Dual Port Turbo Smart blow off valves fitted.
UAS Alloy Intercooler under tray fitted.

 

Looks rather good. Should be some fun once its complete. Is the customer going to give the paint job a birthday once you're done?

Also, did you just screw the alloy plate straight into the bottom panel of the I/C? Like a self tapper or similar?

 

Yep Tech screws to bottom plate.

 

Thought thats what it looked it. Tech screws are an important tool in all facets of life it would seem.

 

Would the TDM verdical style 'cooler fit?
I heard they didn't fit unless you take out out A/C due to the end tank design.
Guess if it's a track weapon it wouldn't matter less weight is always better

This is a road car mostly and TDM kit won't fit with air con.
