    That is factory trim, or the owner might have done it earlier.
    I have only done the seats, no other interior panels.

    I call that colour beige.
    Tbh, I have been selling it as either beige or cream, it seems to satisfy everyone. it is only available in one shade.
    You guys are more than welcome to come at my place to check it out anytime.
    I have a colour chart, however, only one, so, it is not possible to send it around. However, I can scan the colours and put it online for the people at other states. Other than I dont stock seats or extra material. It is all at the production facility.

    Great!
    It seems to me that 300zx only have one type set of seats, but some are 2 seaters.

    ^^ dude pretty sure its just pull off the old stuff, and replace the new stuff....stretching and zip tieing it in place will be pretty much all you need to do.

    Yeh max just want to ask if there was more people interested in a darker tan/apricot colour...the ones in like ferraris and the bently continental gt etc. I only need it for my trim(door and console) do you supply it cut to size for the trim and do you also have instructions. If not im just better off going to a pro and getting it done right, anyone know the price im looking at(around $500 right?). Yeh if you can scan the colours it will be great.
    cheers

    Very interested...

    You've peaked my interest... :)

    Looks like a good fit, nicely done.

    Just wondering how much alteration you can do.

    Not sure if you've noticed with Zed seats; there are two styles.

    From the factory, the cloth and leather versions are different. I'm not talking about material, I'm talking about the style.

    The leather version is the same as your custom ones here. I.e - Where you sit down there are two lines. Same where your back sits.

    With the cloth versions there are several lines, maybe 5 or 6. Not sure off the top of my head. Same for where your back sits.

    The same goes for the rear seats too.

    I don't have a pic, but maybe someone can post a pic of the stock cloth seats to help show what I mean.

    My question is, can you make them in the same style as the stock cloth seats? That is, with the 5 or 6 lines instead of the 2?

    Get back to us with pricing for material for the doors, console etc and I'm as good as sold. :cool:

    Cheers mate

    Rob.

    Hi All,
    Sorry about being late to come back with the pricing.
    Firstly, I used to refuse to sell half sets only, however, seeing that 300zx has 2 seater version, I will supply the front seats only.

    Pricing;
    300zx 2+2 = $460 + postage
    300zx 2 only = $315 + postage
    Extra material = $40 per sqm

    The reason why the half set is not half the price is due to the overhead costs. Regardless of the weight and size, customs, duty, contractors will be still the same. All these are pushing the half sets prices up.
    Pricing includes free embroidered logo, this is if desired and to show my good will.
    I have done my best to come up with most affordable price.
    Postage is normally around $10-$25 dependant of the state you are in.
    Vic members can collect the items from me at Hoppers Crossing

    Customisation;
    Outer, Inner, Stitching and logo colours can be customisable.
    Logo can be taken off if desired.
    Only one style of seat covers and logo supplied, unless there is a large order request for something else. Otherwise, the style you see in the photos is the one to be produced
    Headrest will be the same colour as outer.

    Timing;
    Production normally takes around 2-3 weeks, dependant of the size of the orders.
    Postage normally takes around a week, however, as there will be many orders and it weight quite a bit, I won?t be able to post everything at once. Will do my best to finalise it all asap. Just to give you an example, last batch I have ordered was weigh over 400kgs in total.

    Payment;
    I will pm my account details with transaction description individual for everyone.
    Please make sure to use the transaction description.
    Payment is normally required before production starts, however, if you have financial difficulties and high desire to have the covers let me know, and we can figure out something.

    Installation;
    Although I haven?t finalised the DIY yet, full installation guide will be supplied with step by step explanations with lots of photos.

    Ordering;
    When we hit the magical number of 20, I can order it immediately.
    If you are ordering extra material only (no seat covers), you need to pm me first, as the pricing will be different. This is due to the fact that overhead costs are built in the seat covers pricing.

    Please use below format, please make sure to quote from latest post,
    Nickname / Format (2, 2+2) / Outer Colour / Inner Colour / Stitching Colour / Logo Colour (N/A is not required) / Extra material Colour (per sqm)
    1)
    2)
    3)
    ?

    I have received so many request of a sample material over the last 2-3 days.
    I am not able to post so many of these in different colours.

    To solve this issue,
    I have scanned the colours I have at the moment and will publish it tonight. Will not post any material. Vic members are able to catch up anytime to have a look in person.
    Only problem I have is with scanner settings. It seems to scan a lot darker than it is.
    Will update you shortly.

    Seat Covers

    Hey Max,

    I'm VERY interested in a set for the 2 seater. And I appreciate that you don't want to be sending samples all over the place willy-nilly, but unfortunately scanning material is not going to really represent the true colour, especially when you realise that most peoples monitors are set up very poorly as far as colour correction goes (and I would suggest so is your scanner!). Perhaps for those that want actual samples you could charge a small fee to offest your time and expense? I would be more than happy to pay to get a sample of the EXACT colour I'll be getting, otherwise it really is a shot in the dark (especially seeing as I want the cream/beige, and the variations in that tonal range is very hard to represent accurately on screen.. not to mention dragging the monitor outside and holding it againse my current interior could be a problem!.. JK, but you get my point..?) and I personally would not take the risk.

    Food for thought?

    Cheers

    Andrew

    Max, you will do much better if you sent a

    small swatch of each colour to a member in each state. So that others can see the actual colour for themselves.

    I'll volunteer for Qld. PM me for address details if you think this will work.

    The problem I have regarding to sending away samples is that, I dont stock any material. It is all at the production.
    I have some black and grey material left from doing the door cards, which I can cut samples, however, dont have the other colours with me currrently.
    Never really need to have a colour chart before to send away, as the photos were always sufficient.

    Definitely worth asking supplier......

    I agree with Mark........Max why don't you ask the supplier to make you up a sample pack for each state ....inc VIC so you have a full sample set too!!!.....I'm sure they will have enough off cuts lying around to do this at almost no cost apart from postage???......that way you can tell other car forums who to contact to see the samples as well???

    I imagine it will definitely improve sales even further!! & therefore will be worth the suppliers doing this!!!!.....apart from the basic colours (black, white, red (as there is only 1)......members do like to see a 'real' sample up against their interior!! I know I would!!!......just my 2c!! :) :)

    ps......so is 'mottled yellow' the closest thing to a 'tan' colour you can provide?? ....or is it very 'yellow' in real life???

    Any chance of including No. 5 at all in your available colours from your supplier???...........From what I have read...that 'tan Ferrari-esque' colour (No. 5 or????)......would definitely be popular with Zed owners on this forum???......especially me!!! :D :D :D

    Not feeling comfortable with this, however, I will ask the production to send me the samples asap,
    Assuming this will take around a week or two to arrive to me, then will forward away.

    In the meantime, you guys can start filling up the order list as EOI only at this stage, as you receive the samples, then can reconfirm the colours if need to be replaced.

    I will send one sample pack a state then.
    Not sure if this will fix anything though, as Australia has a huge landscape, QLD alone is a massive area, Buyers could be anywhere from South Brisbane to Cairns.
    Not sure exactly how many people I can help this way, :confused:

    Other then that, sufficent photos are there to represent the colours.

    Good idea........

    Hey Max......I think this is a good idea.......I don't think you will regret it!!
    If you find trusted members within the forum from each state, especially those involved with Zed maintainence or sales etc......say like Mark(Zed4life) in Qld......Caz1 in NSW etc .........then at least other members will have the added bonus of being able to see the samples.......or if they live too far away??.....get a valuable 2nd opinion over the phone????......& I mean absolutely no dis-respect to you by that!!! :) :)

    ps- it might also be a good idea once all this initial discussion dies down a little....to get the moderators to lock this thread........& start a new one just for the actual sales nitty gritty......I realise this was probably meant to be just that......but people like me keep offering my 2c worth!!! sorry bout that!! :eek: :eek:
