wish we had a dollar for everytime someone has asked if we are getting new rim's , yes in the future but money we didn`t need to spend and the more stock stuff we used the easier it was for individually constructed vehicle rego and getting codes LO1 and LH6

Can I ask why you decided to use a zed as a base?

Pfft I know about every zed within a 100 kilometre radius Dean :p That said I definitely want to see this thing in person one day.

Believe it or not bought car for engine and box first up, but found that wheel track was the right size for the mercury and the centre section would fit inside the merc body so we used as much we could

Lloyd, I understand with much sympathy the grief you must have gone through to get it regoed. the changing goal posts, the ridiculous requirements, bizarre documentation needs, etc. A mountain of work, but I bet you smiled so hard when that registration plate was put on. Love the detail in the head lining too. I can see those small things that would have taken ages to do, credit to you.
