Ah ok, have you modified the rail at all? No indications of any issues I assume?

    Wizard Kerb side Prophet

    Only

Removed the stock damper and regulator, running sard reg.
no issues, Ben from UAS says stock rail is good for a lot more power before needing to upgrade.:)

    Ronny,
What has changed this time around? Obviously the turbos have been upgraded to RS. What power were you making previously with the 2560R?

    Hey Jono

Most i made with the 25/60R was 321RWKW, but that was on Martini 110 octane.
Think the most i made on 98 was 310 rwkw, but used to run it at around 300rwkw.
With the new 25/60rs now running 350rwkw, but i also put JWT 400+ cams in so not apples for apples.

    Some more work

Fitted a set of adjustable Tomei exhaust cam gears today.
Wasn't happy with the lag after fitting the new turbos and cams at the track day at the Nats.
Have moved the rev range so that boost is now comming on about 600 RPM earlier, sacraficed a little up top but should have better pulling power lower down now.
Will see what sort of difference that makes this weekend when we return to Wakefield, fingers crossed.

That's more than enough power, good info on how to bring on the power earlier. Did you decrease the LSA by much?

(Just so I don't have to reply to the next question, LSA is Lobe Separation Angle)

    Final settings

Finished up at 4 degrees retarded on the exhaust cam gears Brad,
Few more tweaks today, new airflow meter and filter, more dyno runs, settled on 352.1 RWKW with good pulling power now, not like it was at the Nats.
Give it a few hits on the way home today, much more responsive, so, keen to give it it's legs at Wakefield on saturday.:)

Good work Ron... Hope you run that 1.08 around Wakefield:br:

I've never really understood adjustable cam gears...isn't there only one position for the cam gears through out the combustion cycle:confused:
As in compression both valves remain shut, intake.. (intake valve open exhaust completely shut)

By having adjustable cam gears isn't that repositioning the whole cam... same as missaligning a timing belt and having it out by 1 tooth...

Anyway crank the boost up to 22-24psi;):zlove:
