On Monday they will arrive in Ormeau, we could not get them up the driveway last week, the shipping company have been right mongrels...
I will be in Sydney so Maree and her dad are going to be doing the unloading... we are unloading them down the road near M1 at landscaping supply place and then carting up by trailer, I am borrowing Cams trailer and maybe his 4WD...
If you could help Maree on Monday ... next week that would be great...

I can hardly wait. I had to order a new garage door too. The tilta door would have whacked the top car right in the tail.

The new panel lift one opens right up to the roof.

No pressure BUT WHEN ARE THEY SHIPPING ?? :);)

    Thanks for this Gav.

They are literally in the freight forwarders warehouse in Brisbane...
I expect to have them out at home during the week, Lady Z is managing the final shift with her dad.
That said next week people will be able to get them...

Not this time, I think I will have to get some more four posters soon so could add them in if there is demand... (No one asked for scissor ones before, they are cool hey)

    Gav, hows the unloading going?

Are you going to be able to ship the hoists out before you get down to Melbourne in a week or so?

The hoists are finally unloaded, they are ready to be shipped out.
The floods held us up a bit and fixing up Azas joint took preference this weekend.
As you know I am working in Sydney currently so I have arranged for someone to man the fork lift to ship out lifts.

    Lifts ready to roll.

With the lifts in and under cover finally, we can now formally get the orders rolling.

The lifts are published at: happ.com.au

There are a total of 16 lifts in the shipment, the list below shows how many came in and how many are left:

    4 X HAP100 $2090 1 left
    3 X HAP 122E $3090 1 left
    5 X HAP 102 $2390 5 left
    4 X HAP 104 $2590 3 left

I have prior orders in place for:
    • Tektrader HAP 122E,
    • DinoZ HAP100
    • Rob260 HAP 100
    • Aries25 HAP 104
    • Zeb HAP100
    • an off site person 122E.

LadyZ will be contacting you on your order shortly.

For those not on the list; whoever pays first into our account will have the lift held for them.

Lady Z is talking to a contact in Toll for shipping options. If you have a shipping company you can recommend let us know. We have a 1T fork lift (Freddie) to load the lifts with. You will need something similar or a heap of helpers like we did here first time around when you take delivery.

We did our best to unload without marking, you might find some minor rubs where Freddie lifted, we marked our test one way more and no one even cared.

They will be advertised at a higher price on the happ site and internet shortly so be quick.

    Regards
    Gavan

how are they packed up Gav ?? No fork at this end. Are they easily unpacked out of a crate bit by bit off the truck?

Hope to catch up with you at Pete's place when you are down. I will give you a hand full of cash when I see you. :)

I reckon you will be able to undo the bolts that hold the hoist together in the packaging and take it out eieasily.
The picture below shows how it is packed... Its designed to allow fork lifts like Freddie pick it up in one hit. (The motor / pump assy is packed seperate BTW)

The problem I had initially with two posters was lifting the posts... I bought the biggest and heaviest, I moved them by loading onto my bike trailer one end at a time then getting the club in to stand them up.
Given that yours are in smaller bits you should be set.
Here is what the two posters come like. Lady Z is using a 1T lift strap which is not necessary as the forks go underneath. The straps are to enable us to lower into / out of car trailers etc. See how the two posts are joined with a metal plate, the same approach is used on the four posters. Clever bunch these guys are.
