Never mind I answered my own question - Looks to be a right fit between manifold and compressor housing . I'll prob get the dumps Hpc coated
All I need to do us add the oil tree- A few associated lines The new turbos Pulleys and covers and exh gears Ams manifolds, heat shields and done
Engine complete Engine is finished.. see below pictures I will likely be changing the UR crank pulley back to a harmonic ballancer or ross depending on what i choose at the time. Ill be putting my painted covers back on as well. This all together with the chrome turbo outlet pipes and water pipes to go on as well to complete the looks side of things. just gotta remove the oil tree and ive boxed nearly everything else i could possibly need to reuse... so im all good to go now . All im waiting on is the new addition turbos to the list to arrive and its GREEN LIGHTS!
Stollen from brackets build thread . What is this attached to the oil tree ? Also is this a good place to run a aftermarket sender for oil pressure ? I found a spare digital oil pressure gauge and am tempted to install it
Awesome answers my question , thanks Guys I was a little confused . Still got to take my oil tree off for the new engine
Yeah, they're fine, I had one on my vh45. I did have trouble with oil pressure, but can't compare that to a vg really. I prefer the ones with built in thermostats so you don't over cool your oil, and the bigger the ports and lines the better. Those ones have 3/8" npt threads.
