Don't pull them from the metal bits, I use a pair of plastic pliers. You can get them almost anywhere, they are for pulling spark plug leads. Yours should come out pretty easy as they haven't been in too long. Best thing to use on o'rings is rubber grease, failing that steal your mums cooking oil. Fit them as soon as they are lubed, as they will swell if left out. Make sure you pressure test the rail before you remove injectors to any confirm leaks. Pressure test at 70-80psi. Don't use fuel to do it for obvious safety reasons. Use compressed air and squirt around the injectors with soapy water.
So i pulled the plenum again. Pulled the rail and pressurised it and there were no leaks. From looking at the bottom of the injectors the lower (small) o ring looks like its in there the same as the rest. So now im really confused :S
Its alive! FINALLY!!!!! I pulled the plenum again and put a good 9 hours work into it today. Im happy to announce the zed now runs on six silky smooth Big thank you to all the guys who helped by bouncing ideas or talking to me on the phone like Ryzan, NVZ32, brisz, a2zed, magicmike..cheers! Everyone seemed to have a different theory on what it was. The winner is Eric lol It was a misplaced lower O ring on 6 i believe. He even picked up the fact i was using the wrong lube!! Also got my hands on some rubber lube, why does it come in a tub lol? I think this is 3 lifetime supplies. :zlove: Also first pic is the tool i used to knock the injectors in (i think someone asked earlier). So the stuff that went on was the orange vac hose kit, painted the dipstick handle orange. Also the roof wing is on and setting. Rethreaded some holes and finally got everything bolted down as it should be bar one bolt as it was an imperial threader not metric so i didnt have a spare bolt.
Few shots Just a couple i took today at the train station and a similar shot to the one i took so long ago....
