it's time for you to step up and do the right thing here. you're
coming up on two months since you promised delivery.

please post news of all your efforts to get the smic's you've
ordered and that we've paid for in advance, including phone
conversations and written letters/email correspondence with
your suppliers with dates and times.

also, please let us all know what your intentions are if the
smic's are not forthcoming. you can't reasonably expect
everyone to wait indefinitly for your promise to come true.
everyone is entitled to get a full refund of their money.

i've opened a complaint about you via PayPal and my credit card. you'll be contacted by them soon. sorry to have to do this, but you leave me no other option. for some reason, you've chosen not to reply to queries from this thread.

we have 20 days to resolve this dispute. if you do not deliver the goods within that time, i will be forced to proceed with legal mail fraud claims against you.

I think he'll come through, has in the past despite being slow and uncommunicative.. I hope this teaches him to reply to queries from people who have forked over $ though.. I mean within a day or 2! besides other concerns, it's just rude not to IMO.
