had a great day , about 12 zeds , we went the this look out, had some food , went for a twisty run , great drive , the weather stayed away most of the day , but as we were coming home , it started coming down hard on us , ,
anyway . on my way home i lost the drivers windscreen wiper, it just come of , at 110ks there was a 4x4 behind me, i tho i hit him, he came next to me and just gave me a smile , so i take it everything's ok , it must have missed him . as im driving home i noticed i had no oil pressure , the wire came of as we were driving through the twisties , all good, , anyway when i got home i notice my 2 main gates of my house are open , at this point im just shit myself, i tho some took my dog , ( i really did shit ) ( pure bread black German Shepard 5 months old,) as i drive the zed in the drive way , she just ran straight to us , ( so my hart went back in its place ) anyway ,,, i went to the back yard and i see this "THING" on the floor next to the dog house , i look closely and i see a c@t head ( WTF) , THATS ALL THAT WAS LEFT..

she did not eat after that

p.s thanks to all that came today , and making this happen ..

cheers , im going to go throw up

    Alex, you're a classic
I had some weird shyt happen to me after the cruise too, but nothing to compare with your story :p

( sounds like your dog is a fussy eater :D )

Excellent cruise though. I'm going through the pics at the moment. Stufarny got plenty of pics too.

    Yep...

Dude, thats gross about the cat :) But at least your dog was at home:)

Yep, thanks to Mick again :) Had a great day and the weather did hold off until the way home :)

The windy road up to Mt Alexander was fun, but I reached my confidence limits fairly early :). It was funny watching bRACKET ahead of me just disappear off into the distance around the bends :).

Great day, looking forward till the next one :)

    Thanks guys,

Had a great half day, didn't make it all the way, air con needs re-gassing and the misses is preggers, was just getting a bit too noisy with the windows down. Anyway, always a great day to be cruising with a team of Z's, even better when we missed the rain.

    Great Fun!

lol Alex - classic story mate

Had a great day, awsome cruising with Zeds again after a long break, great to see some of the old crew still around, eg Alex, Mark, Twin Terror and meet some new faces who've probably been around for some time

Enjoyed stretching the Zeds legs, we left at the Calder exit as you headed up to Mt Alexander, my neck & shoulder was killing me, Joe drove the car home on the freeway while I had a nanny nap lol.

Thanks Mick for organising a great day :) & Twin thanks for the pedal bracket lock - absoute legend!

    Cheers,
    Evan

Mt Franklin, Castlemaine, and Maldon stages. ( more to come later )

    MOUNT FRANKLIN
Melbourne & Geelong crew arrived in the crater at exactly the same time as the Bendigo crew, it was like clockwork thanks
to TQE756 's phone calls to update us on where they were at. Good one Sean :) And new member BoltZX was already there waiting for us.

So we had TWIN TERROR, SBE, BoltZX, Flash, JEDI77, Badxtc, bRACKET, Bullus, Stufarny, TQE756, 300ZX300ZX and myself.

I didn't get a chance to take any pics at that stop but Stufarny got some excellent shots.

    Next stage, CASTLEMAINE -
More of a "drive through on the way to Maldon" than an actual stop but we did some laps of the CBD and turned a lot of heads,
especially those of the town's police  After that I was expecting flashing lights, road blocks, attitude inspections. But they left us alone :)
No pics from me but here's the scribble map we used :D

On to MALDON for a lunch stop.
Stufarny, TWIN TERROR, JEDI77 and Bullus. And a random motorbike that I liked the look of :p
    [IMG]

Tucking in - SBE, badxtc, bRACKET and Flash with their off-siders.

Somehow this wooden car doesn't look out of place in a town like Maldon.

The old school BP Servo. Definitely no Maccas, KFC, or Subway attached to it. Love it :)

Might as well show you the scribble map for Maldon too :p
    [IMG]

Coming up soon ( still sifting through pics ) are Mount Tarrengower & Mount Alexander.

Agreed mate, that's a great pic from Stu.

When I saw your black Zed parked there with machinery in the background I tried to frame a shot that would tie it all together.
Here's my modest efforts, after some cropping -

I think Stufarny nailed the shot so much better. He's even got a scarred rock in the foreground, how tough is that?!?! :)
