UNIQUE ZED's slot car, way to repreZent John Penlington :thumbsup: All the members who took part in the track events did very well especially 'AZA' who absolutely Kicked a$$, His 'NA' beat many a 'TT' around the track and he was loving it :thumbsup:

For the mention I thought it might have been a dream. Zed4life forgot me or is the pretty stuff more important? He He.
DUB's zed is tough and pretty, OK not pretty, PHATT and probably the best moded zeds I have seen, and drags those subs around the track pretty good also.
Yes AZA drive was very impressive. Fancy beating some Zed Twin Turbo's as well, won't mention who. As well as Wizard doing another 15 something second TOP STUFF. With suspension and new FMIC and maybe brakes later will do better. It does get harder to jump seconds faster though.
It was the biggest roll up of zeds to a track ever and it was great to catch up with so many and putting faces to names and cars and then forum names as well. Can be very confusing.
Had a big trophie presentation dinner at Goulburn last night and Geoff ( Oni ) and I struggled home as very tired and dragged the slot car back and got home 1.30am tired but excited. I should have got the hard luck award with wheel coming off my new custom trailer at 4 am. Guy who made it must not have had the nuts tight. The side I did not check. Best part is I could not find the wheel or nuts, although I had a spare. Lucky it happened near UAS so I dragged it back and pinched some nuts of Ford Excort one of my mechs drives and happened to have at the shop.

well it might have taken the slot car to be on a trailer, but I did get to pass you yesterday! In case you were wondering, that was me who passed you around midnight on the way back to sydney.

Just amazing! What anyone who wasn't there probably doesn't know is Mark actually posted these results while still sitting at the presentation dinner! Nice one.

Thankyou for all the support and compliments from everyone that was there at Goulburn. A very long way for both Nadia and I to drive the Zed but worth the effort to hang out with like minded Zed-heads. Some very high quality rides there, and very high quality people too :thumbsup:

Thanks also to Mr Zee for putting up the pics, I still say air-bag that soft top Mike, and get the Tempe boys to roll some 20's under it too youleh!

The track was awesome and my rear tyres were so far away from awesome that in the end a big long drift was all I could do. That's what you get for hard tyres and 14 months of no use I guess.

Congrats to LTD and Fleet for very impressive lap times, and hard luck to JT and AZA for dipping out there too, but still some tidy driving on the day. WYKKED hitting the sand trap at the end of the main straight at 175km/h was unreal!

I have some very big pics to upload on returning to WA, but will do a mini write up or contribute to someone elses if they have already put their hand up to do it by then.

That was one of the best weekends in ages!

What a wicked weekend. Brad what an awesome ride and the detail is amazing, hope you guys have a safe trip back. Good to put a name to all you guys faces. Spewing we were staying up the other end of town but were sure the Trappers would be booked out.

The show of Zeds was impressive with many Zeds and Ron (Wizards) bling and Brads detail impressive.

Wakefield wow what fun. JP and JT what times - awesome, was a good chance to test the new mods to my Zed and learn more about it. Suspension is next on the list of mods - that let it down big time but I was extremely happy with 1.15.14 round Wakefield with Pod, exhaust, 14psi and a chip JP says is useless. I think my poor car thought it was a drift comp at times though. :LOL::LOL:
