Right so an update on this:

The front guard that goes between the lower lip of the front bumper and the lower radiator mount is no problem to make and will sell for the same price.
If shipping both items then it will be approx another $30 NZ extra shipping (fast courier so only a couple of days wait). I will get a batch made up, this should take approx 6-7 working days.

I've fitted one of the eng ones to my own car and found that if you have a Whiteline sway bar there is a clearance issue as the geniuses have increased the offset of the bar across between the chassis rails (and it's not actually even either!).
The Whiteline bar drops down a lot more than the stock bars and so the shield will touch it - it's not a big deal at all and a quick tweak of the angle of the bends resolves the issue.
I will look at altering the design to take this in to account with the next batch, this will however result in a less tidy fit around the caster arm mounts so if you have a stock bar I advise getting the current batch.

As I said it's no big deal and the only issues it cause are the gap at the caster arm mount (the other ally shields out there have this anyway), and the fact that the bar is touching the ally so will cause chafing over time - after a HUGE amount of Kms it will wear a hole unless you protect it somehow (a few options for this).

I simply altered the bends on mine so it has clearance, result:

I'm not sure of the Whiteline quality control or production process so it could be that I have an odd bar that drops down more than others, ALL the stock ones tested so far have been fine. Just a caution for aftermarket bars I guess - no idea why they would change this dimension, it serves no useful purpose, when I checked my stock shroud it had been touching the Whiteline bar also.

I've drawn the front guards up so that they have the stock mounting holes in the stock position but the front edge is about 45mm further forward.
If you have a stock bumper they will simply bolt in place, if you have an after market bumper there is extra material at the front to help ensure the guard will reach - new holes may have to be made to suit.

Price is as quoted above, $120 NZ per item, shipping depends on if you buy one or both items and if you send two sets in one parcel etc, the worst you would pay is about $40 each item (that would be one item by itself) :)

Production prototypes of the front guard completed and inspected today, these will unfortunately be scraped due to a design alteration I didn't request.
Replacements are being cut on the night shift tonight and SHOULD be ready for pick up tomorrow.
Looking good other than the error and will do the job perfectly :D

    OK! :D

New batch was done last night as promised and are now ready for shipment :D

Test fitted to a car this afternoon and the fit was flawless, sold one already so down to 14 in stock many of these are already spoken for so not to many left over already.

I will make an attempt to PM everyone tomorrow and get the game plan all sorted for shipping, I'm happy to accept payment for just the shrouds then let you know exactly what the shipping cost was once the shrouds are sent.
If you wish to team up with other buyers to save on shipping then please nominate one person for my point of contact, everyone can paypal me as individuals if you like but it MUST be absolutely clear to me how you want your items sent IE:where to and if you want to share with others.

POWDER COATING: as an optional extra I can get these powder coated for a very reasonable $30 each extra, would prefer to do in satin black but could do in other colours by special request.

Thanks guys, I will try and get in touch with those who have put their hands up in as close to the order as possible, plenty more of these available in the future so please don't send hit men after me because of slow contact

Pictures of completed front shroud to come later tonight :)
