While we are on this topic....MArtin can you explain to me (and maybe others) about this number:
Now I know the 5 is the 5 studs but am I right that the 114.3 is the circumference of the stud circle? What id PCD?

Now with regard to the VMR's made for the BMW, how can this number be changed by drilling to fit the Z's?? Still a bit confuzeled

PCD is pitch circle diameter. The diameter of the centre line of the studs.

114.3 is the diameter of the stud pattern circle. 120 is what bmw's use, so the wheels won't go straight on. You can have a shop professionally redrill the wheels with a tighter stud pattern (actually you'd go the Audi pattern available if you wanted to do this, smaller than Nissan) which is safe but illegal or you can run bolt-on spacers with a wider stud pitch coming off of them than stock like I do, which is safe but illegal.

I understand that the Z needs a tighter stud pattern (shorter diameter), what I don't understand is what they do. I'm assuming they cant use the existing holes so do they drill new holes adjacent to the old ones? Do they fill the old holes or are they just left there?

If you have and accident as a result of a failed wheel adapter you will not be insured.

Since it's very close they simply widen the existing holes in the direction to the center (if wider BMW pattern) or outwards if audi. Talk to Mikey, he's had it done. I don't know much about it.

Yep, they don't really re-drill the wheels so to speak, they machine the inside of the hole towards the center then place in a new base for the wheel stud to bed into

Message me when you get them and I'll give you the number of the place where I got mine done, sort of near homebush, it was $55 a wheel

Also I got some hub rings that you place into the wheel bore, so it lines up with the nissan bore on the brake disk, I'll also message you the ebay listing for this too when you want them, was around $10 i think
