Any interest in a group buy for oil coolers? Im getting a couple from Japan sometime soon so if anyone else wants in, i can email photos. My PC crashes whenever i try and use photodump or whatever. The price will probably be somewhere around $150. I just want to gauge interest at this stage... they will prob be available as a kit with the all the required fittings etc included as well for a little extra.
Size I cant even email pics, i think ive got a virus or something on my computer... i'll email them from work tomorrow. For now, i can give dimensions: core is 140 tall, 50 thick, 285 wide. the shape looks similar to the stock one, but i have no idea whether its bigger or not (i havent measured the stock one). i just want a new one cos mine is looking very very tired and battered. Does anyone know if one of these could be used as a transmission cooler??
The oil coolers being offered are taller and thicker than stock Hey i went outside and measured my stock oil cooler (the front badge panel thing was off from the BOV install, which may i add was a PITA... who knew bolts could be such a bitch?) and the stock one is about the same width, but roughly 5 cm shorter and a couple of cm thinner. And nowhere near as shiny.
Just a warning for na guys i think if you want to add oil cooler you need to use one of those fitting kits as well that relocates the oil filter and sources the oil for oil cooler from original filter location.

I'm in the middle of uni exams so cant soend the time getting rid of the virus or whatever the hell is wrong with my computer. I'll organise more details and pics once exams finish.
Good luck w/ exams. I just had constitutional law... that was easy as, but I don't think my civil procedure exam is going to be quite as simple. I'm done on the back end o' next week, have a beer for me if you finish before then.
