Hey can someone have a look at this and tell me if all is well? Few things im unsure about.

    This is at idle, warm.

Throttle voltage is too low, should be 0.45 volts

    ok, thanks, how to fix?

TPS is located on the passenger side throttlebody, next to the fuse/relay box.

It's a black box secured with 2 screws. Loosen both screw so the TPS is able to rotate. Adjust by rotating the TPS until the voltage is around .45 volts (get as close as you can).

Use a multimeter or datascan to check the voltage. Here is the full tech article for you.

Also, does that temperature change from 80'c at all? is your aux fan constantly on? If your CTS is disconnected or playing up it can make the ecu see a default temp i.e 80'c. If you have no idea, then try jiggling the yellow connector on the top water pipe on the engine. (Watch your fingers though, engine fans aren't nice to be clipped with). If it changes sound or you start getting a different reading on ECUTalk, then you know you've got something to replace :)

Unless of course you've got a perfect cooling system running at 80'C.

TPS adjustment is in the tech section.

ok thanks bro... why is it wrong though? And is it affecting anything currently?

Only if it never changes. If the CTS is dodgy then it can effect fuel consumption.

When the CTS is disconnected it reads 120 degrees to the ECU not 80 :)

after you adjust the tps, warm up the car to operating temp and take a video of the screen showing ecutalk. hold it at 2000rpm for about 10-15secs and you can check out the o2's to see if they are operating properly (they should cycle).

    AAC %

Does anyone know what the AAC% range is supposed to be? Is it between 15% and 25%?

Yes at idle that is correct.

During driving it will go to about 70% and then it should steadily fall to 15% or so when your foot is released from the throttle.
If it drops too quickly it results in engine stumble or stall.

    Ok...

Yeah, mine is set too high then. I have to adjust it down...

What effect does it have if it's set too high at idle?

    Rich running?

    Cheers

Interesting, mine defaults to 80 when disconnected , could be an n/a (ausspec) thing.

You're probably thinking of the fuel temp sensor, that defaults to 80 when disconnected, the coolant temp sensor is 120 degs when disconnected

main affect would be possible cause of stalls or revs dropping too low when going into neutral, not being able to 'catch' revs, stalls on warm starts, etc

basically if its too high then it doesnt have any 'room to move' to actually do its job
