Hi guys, picked this up a while ago off an old friend but I'm spending way too much money on my other cars to ever finish this off. It's an (86?) Z31 Turbo Auto in the factory metallic blue. The car is a bit dirty now but when I got it, it had been kept under a cover and the paint was still polished and looked great. I would give the paint a 9/10. It has definately had a quality respray in the last <5 years. The body I would give a 8.5/10. It has no major dents scratches, or even any small ones as far as I'm aware, but obviously its up to you to inspect the car. It's definately one of the cleanest Z31s I've ever seen, and certainly straighter than the majority of Z32s I've seen THE BAD: Blows some white smoke once heated up, highly suspected leaky head gasket. I had planned to replace this but no time now. The car still drives, the turbo boosts etc, but would be better to just drive it onto a trailer. There is no windscreen, this was removed so I could fix some surface rust around the sills (they all have this), which I have 99% finished, the rust was sanded back and the some tiny cutouts were made, all has been fully sanded back, cleaned and bogged over, and I have nearly finished sanding the bog back to the shape of the body. You can see this in some of the pictures, will just need the sanding smoothed out and some rubberised undercoat to cover it, then new glass fitted (btw a windscreen is about 100-150 new). While most of the interior is great condition (although dirty), including the front seats which have had lambswool seat covers on, there is some peeling of trim in the rear, which is common in these 30 years old cars. Rego expired 2-3 weeks ago, could potentially be renewed by paying it within 2 months. Asking $800ono, price is pretty reasonable and it's a very cheap project with an excellent base. absolutely HAS to leave my front yard now, asking --- $300 --- cash, not negotiable (wreckers will pick it up for this price) you could literally turn around and post it on ebay and double that in 3 days.
