Wiring Problems

Hey guys two things i need help with, firstly does anyone know what is the white plug in the photo is for? And secondly having issues with my window wipers, know the motor is fine had that checked i think the issue is in the loom/fuse box as i had that out at one stage and now everything works but the wipers. Does anyone know which plug on the fuse box is for the wipers? Any help would be appreciated, cheers

That would be the plug for your front wiper amp.

Its the bottom arrow.

Just my luck just finished pulling the fuse box back out, thanks mate ill see if i can find it
