    Hey all,

Fresh member to Aus 300ZX... and fresh driver to my brand spanking new '95 300ZX 2+2 N/A (Aus Delivered).

I would like to begin by saying... Series II velor is AWESOME!

Furthermore, I would like the show my gratitude to the very helpful member Tom (300ZXC) from this forum as he offered to help me install a new pod filter on my absolutely stocktastic 'Z'.

Needless to say, it was a traumatic experience (stock airbox woes!) for both of us haha... but it was definitely a great learning experience, and plenty of fun!

Any way, from the one week that I've been perusing this forum, I have come to the conclusion that you guys (and girls) seem to be a very good, helpful bunch... completely the opposite of say... Nissansilvia.com!

(so take that as a compliment)

Oh, and by the way, here are some pics of the new beast! [TIS]

Haven't named her... but she's definitely a she... :zlove:

Well they are certainly in the same place as a uk spec fog lights, as oppose to a single added on Jdm unit, although some convert two of the reverse lights for said purpose :)

Speaking of rear fog lights... my user manual DID mention something about them... I had no idea what they were used for... or how they work?

    Care to elaborate

lol well im not sure what the ruling is over there but uk spec zeds have them mounted in the rear bumper as your fogs appear to be where as the jdm models dont have any rear fogs but a add on fog lamp is added when imported to uk for the mot ruling etc

the switch if standard should be on one of the binicals on the dash but i have a jdm so not sure there

mine does have the said add on unit that i plan to remove but could only do this if i convert two of the reverse lights in the centre rear panel :/ something to think about!, i also know that some have converted to the rear jdm bumper instead but thats down to personal taste i guess :)

    hope this helps

My baby Z's interior is immaculate, and will be staying that way!

Only changes planned are stereo, rims, exhaust... That's it!

Keeping the complete stock appeal. Going with OEM 17" 350Z rims too :zlove:
