What is a Plenum Pull?

A Plenum Pull involves removing the factory intake manifold on a Z32 to allow a lot of preventative maintenance to be carried out to your pride and joy.

Why do a Plenum Pull?

As all Z enthusiasts know, if you haven't had a plenum pull done, you should have a slap on the wrist and get one done immediately!



A Plenum Pull gives us access to a lot of engine parts you can't normally reach due to the rather cramped style of the engine bay. Here are few services we can provide while doing your plenum pull.

• Replace Upper Plenum Gasket
• Replace Balance Pipe O-Rings to prevent/fix boost/vacuum leaks
• Water Hose Bypass to prevent/fix coolant leaks under the intake manifold
• Replace Valve Cover Gaskets to prevent/fix Oil Leaks
• EGR Removal/Replacement to prevent failing/fix EGR valve issues
• Replace Idle Control Hoses
• Replace PCV Hoses
• Replace PCV Valves to correct crank case ventilation, fix hesitation and other PCV related issues
• Reroute PCV System (PZP Race Specifications) to prevent oil blow by into the intake manifold
• Oil Catch Can Installation
• Injector Overhaul to replace insulators and O-Rings. Prevent leaks and provide ultrasonic cleaning to maximise fuel economy/engine efficiency

Yes mate, we're open Saturday from 8am-12 however we're closed for the next few weekends due to sporting commitments (dyno days, drift comps, etc).
