lol... 2 months after 1st posted..

i vote 22nd... my tech day is the 28th man... ive pulled a few plenums off with ease. (still say you swap it with a fully polished one man)

Im still saying 22nd... whilst I'm happy to spend 2 full days on the weekend playing with zeds the missus doesnt like it and I know I have other things to do on my weekends... the 28th i doubt i can make it.

Thought it might be better to separate the 2 events out to get a better turn out to both.

man my car need to be running asap because the autosalon i only need few people who have done this b4 and can help me out then i ve to dyno tune it and then lotsssssssssssssssssssssss more has to be done

 

then i suggest you pick the next free weekend for you.. get it back on the road asap.

pick a weekend that suits you and people will come.

plus there is a very good tech artical i suggest you print off and study. as your car is not driving atm you might as well give it a shot yourself.. do as much as you can by yourself til you get stuck then we will come help you... who knows you might work it all out yourself...

definitely take Josh's advice and start getting in there. there's quite a bit of stuff you can start to remove which isn't too complicated.
after doing it with the help of Simmo and Ross, i definitely feel confident doing stuff in my engine bay - in saying that i still know my limits.

also keep in mind, you want people to help you but you'll only need a few people - it gets too crowded after that. before i did mine, i was determined to make sure i had everything i needed. keep on doing searches on plenum pulls to get the best list of stuff you'll need to replace, that way on the day you'll be ready to swap everything over.

have you got any bling going in? or is this pure maintenance?
