How'd the cruise go. At the moment my car is up on the hoist with no tires or breaks as they are being painted and braided brake lines, slotted rotors and new pads are being fitted today. Also got a strut brace being put in as well. so hopefully the next twisty cruise isn't too far (but far enough so i can fit the chilli brace as soon as i get it) off so i can test the stuff out. hmm ill shed a bit of light.. basically all the people that said they were going to come, didnt. there were 4 of us from aus300 in 2 z's and a wrx.. shit turnout.. people say they are going to come and then just not come.. they dont even call or send a message. but we managed to make something of nothing and it turned out to be a good night. travs 1st route was a bit funny though LOL. that one he can explain

all good doug! yeah my 1st route i came to realize was all unsealed roads so we made up a new one, which was actually pretty good, i dont have any footage of the twisty's itself, only of the fun we had afterwards, i'll wait for krausy to upload some of the footage for me, i got some REALLY good footage of the twistys
Yeah, was a good night, would have been nice to have more turn up, but the drive itself was awesome! Plenty of footage to sort through (nearly 3hrs worth), working on a short vid will hopefully be up tonight I have some pics, but not as exciting since we only had 2 zeds there...Must say thanks to Trav for organising it, and giving me a lift as well as Chris who shared his ride for those of us who were zedless for the night
I WISH I'd gone in the end, the Sky80 was a no go at DECA, misfiring badly I ended up skidding around in an RX-7 convertible but not a lot of fun (open diff). Sorry the turnout was a little average, I actually found a copy of the "Blip's stomping ground cruise" from eons back, since I don't have to do much reconaisanse I'll get that ready to go in a few weeks' time.
