Of course this is only a list of people who 'said' they were coming or interested not all confirmed. But with a possibly 37 cars coming this is looking good to break the GOR record for cars attended!

I've also got another zedder coming from Bendigo aka "parker"...with a possibility of another zedder (but haven't heard back from him in a while)

My 11 yearold son has booked a seat in my second ZX (the pictured 2+2 TT), but I need a driver for it .....

Two other ZX's from around here may also be attending.

 

One issue that needs to be clarified........

FUEL

Make sure you re-fuel at Torquay PRIOR to the actual GOR run.
Fuel will be available on route but there are no scheduled fuel stops until LaversHill where the bowser price will be higher than you might expect

The price @ LaversHill might be better suited for a small topup only to get you another 100k's down the road to a more reasonably priced servo for the run home (allow for LaversHill to Geelong non stop )

For those with std engines & boost or N/A's, there shouldnt be any reason to worry, but for those that have a bit extra under the bonnet...... keep a watchfull eye on ya guage as the GOR will slurp it up

ey is there a shell servo at torquay or is it one of those cheapy ones???

 

Torquay has a few big service stations from memory, not sure if there is a Shell or nut but there will definitely be decent fuel available

 

ooo ye only 1 week to go, can't wait.

 

yeah the only reason i ask is because i have a few fuel dockets which i want to use on the day

 

First stop of the day is at the Shell near the Westgate.

 

yeah i know...just thinking coz last year i think i first fuel stop was at shell near geelong

 

No shell, got a BP, Safeway/caltex & a regular caltex.

Also unless its changed since last year they dont have premium at lavers hill.
