sadly i have the vh pack i got back up for sale... had high hopes for this, but with december and most of november being slow months for work, mortgage must come first.... (this was chrispy's engine originally so have stolen his fs post and added/removed what is with this kit)

VH45DE, unsure of exact year but is a series 1 jap motor. Was VERY clean inside, either very low k's or very well looked after

    Timing chains changed

    Timing tensioners changed

Timing chain guides changed to metal backed S2

Oil pump chain and guides changed

New front and rear crank seals

All valve and timing chain covers resealed

New knock sensors fitted, but still threw a error code. Bypassed with resistors

    New copper spark plugs

New under plenum water hoses (only really for the idle up control in the throttle)

PCV system changed slightly to run non-OEM hoses, functions as per standard with nothing bypassed

    half finished log style manifolds

EGR retained. All solenoids, wiring and lines are in place

Carbon canister solenoids and lines in place, reuse your old carbon canister.

Custom sump with baffles and trapdoors, ~4L capacity. Mild surge is still present, more work possibly required to totally eliminate it. Hybrid VH/VG oil pickup. Dip stick tube fitted, modified VG dip stick.

Custom engine mounts, use a Z32 front lower control arm bush for vibration isolation.

10mm crossmember spacers and longer bolts, not strictly required but gave more bonnet clearance, no noticeable impact on steering knuckle or shaft

Standard Q45 alternator, plugs straight into the Z32 battery loom (battery loom is not included). Standard tensioner and belt

Hybrid Q45/Z32 ECU loom, plugs in to the existing Z32 MANUAL body loom. ECU mounts in the stock Z32 location.

    OEM AFM

Water Pump & Water pump blanking plate(for those who want to use electric pump)

Thermostat housing modified to clear bonnet

Wes VH > VG 5 speed adaptor plate

Custom flywheel spacer with longer high tensile bolts

OEM fuel pressure regulator and dampener, .

R33 GTS-T clutch master with adaptor and lengthened adjustment to suit NA pedal

Longer clutch slave rod to suit

All my spares incl: loom, coilpacks, plenum, lower plenum pieces, IACV, fuel rails, some injectors, tensioners etc.

need this gone like in the next 10 days or so...
    $1800

so what exactly would be needed to get this on the road? Is everything included to pretty much bolt it up and drive? Apart from the exhaust?

Any idea what crating it to Sydney would cost?

considering this was for sale at $6000, it's a bloody bargain at this price.

the only issue for most people is needing a eng cert. if this came up next year when i'm back in aus i'd snap it up in a heart beat.

Ok, so I have thought about it, and unfortunately what's left to do is probably more than what I can do in my little workshop over a couple of weekends.

GL with sale - it's damn cheap.

Read first thread again. Also no longer in a huge rush to sell so low ball offers will be rejected and not politely. We know what the kit is worth and how cheap I got it on forums for sale.
