Veilside Evolution Catback Exhaust

Bought another toy, so time to part with some of my goodies.




First on offer is a twin 3" Stainless Steel Veilside Evolution Catback system, with resonated centre H-pipe section. Fresh from the polisher.
These systems are regarded as one of the most sought after for the 300zx.
Bolts straight up to OEM Catalytic Converters, with minor modification required to Centre Bearing heatshield to accommodate its uber awesomeness. (Bearing shielding is still retained.) All OEM exhaust hangers are utilised.

Pretty sure the Veilside is for the 2+2.

 

You can get them for the 2 seater also, seem them on a zed I was going to buy about 10 years ago lol

cheers for the clarification Jamie. Yes, this is to suit 2+2. I've only come across 1 to suit 2+0
Comes with shiny new Stainless Steel bolts and Nuts that will screw onto said bolts. For a limited time only, will come with washers too, with holes adequately sized for the above mentioned bolt threads to fit through.

Buyer will require allen key and spanner (not supplied) to tighten bolt and nut assemblies, with washers. Photos are not available of fasteners, as they're that new, they haven't been purchased yet. It is likely they haven't been manufactured even... such is the newness of them.

... bolts and their corresponding nuts have not been polished. That would just be silly

Thats right, interstate buyers need not worry about the additional $1000 cost of getting awesome to your door.

Local buyers will receive an equivalent to "normal, boring, plain jane exhaust" freight reduction in price of $200.

You Buy Now, before I come to my senses/ sober up, or do something stupid like buy another 2+2 just to fit it to.

is this for a turbo 2 + 2?

 

This will suit a 2+2 TT or NA. They are designed to bolt directly onto your OEM catalytic conveters. Have an identical system fitted to my '90 2+2 Twin Turbo.

I however make no 100% guarantees that they will be a direct fit for a later model, as I'm not familiar with catalytic converters used and flange arrangement/ orientation.

It's a good price for a great quality system, mine cost significantly more, and it wasn't polished like this!

 

0.100% sure its the first Never on the forum, and not come across on other sites before.
You fitted your system yet? Understand it was a full system, but did the catalytic converter flanges match up?

Polishing was well worth the effort. Minor scratches on the underside of the cannons were sanded out and buffed up again. Even the brass Veilside badges came up mirror finish.

 

Nope, haven't fit mine yet, I think my cats are aftermarket, I remember looking underneath it once and seeing some dodgy cat welds, but I'll have to double check...

I think I'll just get my cannons polished if I get it done considering, well you know, that's all you see ahahaha.
