On the top of my head I wouldn't say removing all the deletes you can and upgrading the PTU will do major improvement but it will definitely assist down the track with less stuff going wrong or less things you need to troubleshoot when you run into trouble :)

    Popular deletes are -

    AIV
    EGR
    PRVR
    Under plenum water lines

    For the more savvy -
    Hicas delete (TT)
    Aircon deletes
Spare wheel and tool delete (if weight saving)

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

    AIV's

    EGR

    PRVR

    Under plenum water lines

    Fuel damper

    PCV's

Someone with more time will have to explain them all :p

    What's a "Fuel Damper"

What's a fuel damper, is it some kind of flow control device? Do N/A's have them and where doe it live?

Stops fluid shock being on the placed on the pump/ regulator and injectors. Not absolutely essential but reccommended.

A Racing Engineer would say - get rid of it as we strip the motor after every race anyway.

A Fluid Engineer would say leave it bloody there or you will ruin the regulator, pump or injectors with fluid shock.

It sits on the plenum near the accelertator cable clamp and has two fuel lines that run through it.
