Hey Z-Folk, Basically just saying a public thankyou to UAS for speedy order processing and delivery! I ordered a set of Adjustable Camber Arms by fax late Monday arvo, and received them on Thursday! I've ordered Z 'bits' from a couple of other places in the past, and while they were reasonable they've never been anywhere near as quick. Just thought those of you looking to buy Z parts soon may be interested to hear of my positive experience. Cheers all. M
Well Thanks. I am wondering why you did not get it Wednesday actually as we are pretty much on the job now and if in stock it is out the door. Maybe we did not have in stock. We receive so many orders and it is a full time job for two of my guys to process and wrap items and ship as quick as possible. We carry a lot of stock but if not in stock this is sometimes fun. It can be frustrating as I know personally what it is like waiting for bits for you pride and joy. Sometimes it is a tricky to orchestrate and communicate with anxious customers and slow suppliers and sometimes it is a wait. Lucky I don't have a lot to do with the orders but have organised staff that are good. If ordering items from us make sure you mention aus300zx forum member as will get 10% discount, some items more, and parts come with free advice and experience
Nice to see this kind of response from a buyer also. Must have really made a good customer impression! Also very good for ther rest of us to know for future purchases.
It's good to hear such great feedback about suppliers... I know myself that I have been "bitten" sooo many times by crap mechanics and part suppliers that it makes me so untrusting of most shops for my Zed parts and work. I have never dealt with AUS myself but from all the positive remarks i've heard, I will be going there for my next Zed "projects" - as I think its about time that I finally have a GOOD experience with a Zed expert... Always enjoy a trip Up to Miracle Zed Motors (UAS), JP and staff always make you welcome. A 5 min trip always turns into a couple of hours, by the time you've caught up on the latest news, checked out the latest parts,had a look at the slot car,seen whats making power on the dyno,screwed John's arm for a better price, bought some snake oil, just wish they were on the south side of Sydney then i would be there more often. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
