    It's not often I get a suprise, but I got one today.
I waltz down to my letter box and in there is one of those red cards from the P.O.
Now I'm thinking "no ones chasing me", thinking it's a registered letter.
Mosie on up to the house, put the goggles on and it's to John Gargoyle.
So I wait till 4pm as directed and head off to see what my suprise is.

Ah, I know what it is, it's the mesh for the duffuser from brisz. The sneeky bugger has got my addy from someone local. No probs there but that threw a spanner in my thinking. All clear now. That's what made it that bit special. We were talking about it and he got it to me "under the radar".

    Glad you got it OK.

Was a bit worried as its a bit longer then maximum allowable size, is that why they didn't leave it in your letter box ?

Did they say anything when you picked it up, excess postage or anything like that, try and convert it from letter to parcel post ?

Might be a handful to paint, might need an etch primer, and once its painted bending it will make the paint come of I think, any way your the artist.

Cant wait to see the finished product. :)

Had your address from SMIC's you bought ages ago. VBulletin PM Reader is excellent for storing old PM's.

I asked them about that and they said it was too big to fit in a letter box, sure!

"Did they say anything when you picked it up, excess postage or anything like that, try and convert it from letter to parcel post "?

No, they know me well and let me get away with a fair bit.

I have a plan. I'll make a cardboard stencil and then I can feed it in the hole and get a couple of little hooks to pull it into place. Be tricky but I think I can pull it off.
I'll have a go in a few days as I'm busy supporting all these cars I have.

Three cars and nowhere to go! Not a well man.
