my ADM NA 2+2 is written off.

I might buy it back from insurance

and buy a JDM auto TT locally...

Can someone confirm, to complete the TT manual convert, I will need:

    - pedal box
    - shifter surround
    - clutch hydraulics
    - gearbox
    - flywheel
    - clutch/pressure plate
    - starter motor
    - tail shaft
    - diff
    - half-shafts
    - rear hubs

Will I need ANYTHING else to totally swap over without buying any other spares (Ill do the rear main and gearbox front while shes apart)?

Will the auto box wiring connect right up to my manual box? inc reverse lights, speed sensor and neutral switch (I will probably ground this for better idle)

What tricks and pitfalls do I need to watch for?

Have a read of the article in the link.
According to them it will work but some gearbox components are not as strong and the driveshaft UV's are smaller.
I have also heard from another very good source that the gbox internals are exactly the same. Would be good to get a definitive answer on this.

I also have heard that the NA box is internally the same as the TT

I might explore getting a custom tailshaft made using the rear of the auto shaft and the front of the manual shaft - might be "easier" than a rear end swap. Although the shorter gearing from the NA diff would be great.
