Hi all, just a quick one. Great day had by all 4 who attended & well received by public & other clubs. About 400-500 display cars covering everything you can think of. There will be pics posted soon so keep an eye on the thread. Big thanks to RoryZ, Thebigshow & especially Baron who made the trip from the Sunny Coast about 2+ hours to support us, NOW THAT'S TRUE:zlove: We have also been asked to attend the JAPANESE NATIONALS at LAKESIDE in September, I will post details & ask for EOI's in a separate post so keep your eyes open for this one. Need to find my camera computer link!!! Was a great day yesterday, apart from getting up at 4:30am the car sure loved the cool morning run down the M1. Also great to put a few more faces to the names on the forum. There was some amazing cars on display there, I've got heaps of photos so when I find my camera cable I'll load them all up! My personal favourite was a twin turbo 571ci V8 1300hp, 1200 tourque cadillac, which made over 1000hp at only 10psi!!! Was also amusing seeing the old school muscle car guys walk past and stare at our VG30DETT bays wondering how once could actually work on the engine. Great day, shame there wasn't more cars from our forum there, hopefully time we will have a bigger turn out. Cheers - biggie
Looks like a good day. I had my grandfathers 75th to attend tho. Next time I'll try and make it. Theres only the window seals left to change on mine.
yep, that is the OP's Zed (pete) .... wrapped nose panel, bonnet, rear infill, bits on top and some interior stuff ... comes up well ....
