Sorry I bailed at Victor, had to get back to see mum for her birthday. Apart from a couple of retarded overtaking moves on double unbroken lanes had a great time.

    Good turnout.

    Absolutely Awesome day!!!

It was fantastic seeing everyone there, especially all the new guys, hope you enjoyed the run and hope to see you on the next zed cruise!! (make sure to look in the coming events section) I think we had 12 zeds (with dan joining us at the end- great to see you by the way, and thanks for making it!).
It was also great that matt was able to make it, you have a very forgiving mum letting you miss out on most of her birthday!!!
The crusie started at Bunnings Car Park, then by taking the long scenic route, we winded up to Victor Harbour. We had a few stops with photos taken along the way, and we didnt lose anyone during the run, the guys at the front did a great job at keeping everyone together.

Unfortuneatly we had a zed with some fluid retention problems. Luckily the SUPER friendly RAA guy who arrived 2 hours after the call out was able to do a bypass. Best of Luck to Robbie, we hope you get your car fixed soon and without costing an arm and a leg!

Everyone was starving, luckly the little town was able to cater for everyone's pallett! Some ate fresh at subway, some had overly priced pub food, some stuck with chips 'n fish with the scales still on the fish!!!!! (doesn't get any fresher than that guys not to mention crunchy!) whilst others were lovin it at maccers.
Great day, and great bunch of people, perfect weather for it, nearly forgot what summer was like, a few people got severely sun burnt, my heart goes out to you.

I took a lot of photos whilst brenton was driving my baby (ive never seen him drive it so hard before.... i think the hoon side of him is coming out!?) they'll be posted soon.

    Cheer

Oh, but you said I had to keep up so we didn't get lost. Was just doin' as instructed. :p

As Sal said........ What a great day. I have only just thawed out in the last week from all our cold weather and overcastedness (yep, you heard me) and so it was truly great to get out in the sunshine and have a bit of a nanna cruise through the country.

I'm very impressed with all the new faces and cars that turned up. Excellent to see so many at an SA cruise. Maybe we can start to give some of the other states a run in terms of numbers attending.

Only dampner on the day was the Coolant Spittin' situation that occured in Robbie and Rachel's car. I think Rachel discovered the soggy green carpet at her feet and it just went downhill from there. Kinda sucks on your first cruise, 70 km's from home to have such a problem. A couple of our resident bush mechanics had a look, but with no tools on board any vehicles it made it hard. With the help of Mr Grumpy from the RAA, Robbie was back up and running though and a few of us held up a stack of traffic all the way home to limp him back to the city safely. Hopefully, as Sal said, it doesn't involve selling a kidney to pay for repairs.

Well, next cruise date is planned guys and girls, so lets clear our schedules and try to get as many cars there as we can. I know a few of you know other people with Zed's, so book them early.

On the topic of white Zed's

just my zed back from the machanics this afternoon.
Good new my head gasket all good and im good to make it on the crusie on the 23 next month.

By the way the RAA didnt do a good job bypassing the heater hose and one of my injector plugs where out that why the car was running rough coming back from adelaide.

    :D :D :D :zlove: :zlove: :zlove:

Hey that's great news that you're back in action dude. Just keep an eye on the coming events section for next months cruise cos at this stage it is planned for the 24th. Probably a morning start again like the last one and end up at a Fasta Pasta for lunch some place. Anywho....... keep an eye, or two  , on "Coming Events"

yeah, good to hear you're back up!

was a great cruise - was good to meet everyone. i didn't get a chance to talk with everyone, so i'll just have to come for the next cruise, hehe

was a great day for it. lucky i packed sun screen in the car and didn't get burnt too much! lol

Is it hard to get map's made up for the next cruise?

I Read some other crusie threads and i have noticed that they make up map's of the crusie. just woundering next time if we should have some map's made up so that people who dont know the way wont get lost? well i think i might invest in a 2 way Radio anyway.

But im all up for the 24th just cant have a late one cause of work that night
and hopefuly there might even be some change's to my zed next time along.

"just have to wait and see"
