20 or so years. i would replace its not going to hurt even if its not the source of the vibration . the damage isnt allways easy to see my engine mounts fell out of my car when we lifted the motor and the gearbox mount was just serviceable but there is a post on gen 3 dunnydor mounts that fit just need to drill four holes to 12mm to fit easy and stronger than our oem mounts and the gearbox mount a nismo unit from coz or z1 around 65 bucks
    hope this helps
    cheers

Replace them as they probably need it anyway. Don't think it's an easy job but it is doable with trolley Jack, stands and LOTS of persaverance! As for the info another member gave, please share it! I need to do mine again soon too so this info will be quite helpfull!

LS1 (Gen 3) Engine mounts are readily available for around $80 each unlike Z32 engine mounts. To fit them, you need to drill out the cross member and the brackets on the block out to 1/2in or 13mm.
    I dun it. :D
The threads on these mounts are longer which makes it a little tricky lowering the engine back in by yourself but well worth the effort. I got the idea from OZX_320.
You'll also need to buy washers and nuts to fit.
