removale third brake light

hey just wondering if any one knows of a way to remove a third brake light WITHOUT breaking it

 

you unbolt the 4-5 bolts and take it off lol....

there are blue clips holding the middle of each side down, they need to be slid to the left or right, to unhook the light panel.

 

can't be that easy heard of too many ppl breaking em while trying to remove it... is there any form of glue holding it on aswell

 

if you break it you can add your name to the gb list

 

how much are they going for on there ?

I made that mistake unfortunately.

Take the centre hatch trim off, and by memory you can reach inside the hatch cavities feel around for the clips and slide them left or right like mr loudnproud said.

Finding the clips with your fingers is like finding the clit on a woman. Just reach in there, feel around, then hopefully you'll release the infill panel in one piece and feel a sense of orgasmic achievement.
