Hi all, this is my first time in the forum although I have had contact with a number of members previously. I've been a member for a while but have not taken the oportunity to introduce myself, until now.
I have a 1990 Aus Spec NA Manual which over the past two years has been showered with lots of TLC and even more ...... money, that I care to tell my wife about.
Looking for a little advice and guidance from all you experienced Z32 old timers.
I'm toying with the idea of changing the standard radiator from my, Auto NA and replacing it with an aluminium one. The problem is that there are many radiators available and all seem to be for the TTs and all seem to be for the manuals.
My thoughts are to put in an oil cooler for the transmission and then use the aluminium radiator.
Is that possible? Has anyone tried it?
    Would appreciate any advice/info.

Yes, its possible. I ran a aluminium PWR radiator in my NA for years. Z1 sells the bracket so it will bolt in. You will have to get an external transmission cooler. Really worth doing anyway, the standard radiator mounted cooler is a bit rubbish.

A while ago there was a few of those Chinese ally NA radiators getting around on ebay. That would be ideal.

Yeah, thats pretty run of the mill, with the exception that the TT radiator is narrower to allow for the intake pipes to pass either side of it, and the pins that hold the bottom of it are in a different place (NA mounting pins are closer together), so it would probably pay to get the extra pins welded into the bottom of the radiator for the NA spacing. You are going to have to get different brackets for the top anyway, but pretty sure you could mount these in the right place yourself.

Thanks guys. I'll replace the radiator and install an oil cooler. Placed an order for both items with AMS last night so hopefully should be here within the next couple of weeks.
Again thanks for the advice and info. it's very much appreciated.
