Someone seems to either have hit something or jacked the car up wrong, I tried searching for a good method of bending it back, but I can't seem to find any useful information, anyone have any tips?

Thanks, I'm surprised something like this didn't show up in the searches. Maybe it could be in the tech section?

I don't think it's bad enough to warrant a new one yet Rob, but it's nice that I can get one in Australia if need be.

Put stands carfully under each side at the front then put a piece of wood up to a strong beam in your shed and jack under the wood between the radiator cross member and jack it back the opposite way to straighten it.
    Cheers

I tried a few times to get mine into the right place, did not need a lot of movement but I never got it to the point I wanted (ended up about 3-5mm to high still) in the end I slotted the mounting holes in the catch with the die grinder and moved it down
