hi there everyone,just finished replacing the hoses behind the thermo housing and am about to put my radiator back in. on the side of the radiator where you fill it up there are 2 brass nipples that would appear they should have a hose conected to them,mine didnt. though i noticed the hose from the large pipe closest to where you fill it up has a small hose coming out of it around 10mm in diameter but has a bolt in the end of the hose should this hose connect to the upper or lower nipple on the radiator and where should the other hose come from??? thanks. regards brett.
just a guess but maybe you have a Auto trans radiator fitted to your car and the brass fittings you are refering to are for the auto trans cooler?
Yup.. you have a Auto Radiator, dont worry about them. leave them open so they dont corrode you radiator away.CheersAnthony
