    dont be soft ed ;)

might have to buy some new boots for up here though mike... im guessing the appropriate boots for nsw weather would have overly long studs to dig into the dirty mud on ur miserable weekends in the rain??? wont get that to often up here  invest in new boots for the move :p

"...miserable weekends in the rain???"....When I first arrived up there (Jimboomba), there were the first major floods in 100 years!! Property was totally flooded in and roads from there to Browns Plains were a sea of water!! My property was in a 1-in-100yr flood zone... flooded three years in a row!!!! Yeah, Sydney does get wet, too....
Guess you might just have to keep me (and any other southerners I can entice on a Qld cruise) occupied with a XXXX and cuppla sausages so we forget about our footie boots and just admire your rides!!

is it just me or does the thread need to be restarted?

after the 100th post it needs to load up a new page, or is it just my computer doing that?

EASY fix, Kade... where your targa rubber strip meets the windscreen rubber, if you peel back the targa rubber you'll find an access hole in the rubber where a screw attaches the rubber to the frame... make up a cigarette size (or bigger if need be) piece of old tyre tube into a rolled-up length then insert into the access hole behind the targa rubber (you'll probably be able to see where the rubber is slightly depressed from the glass window at that point). When inserted and released the rubber tube unwinds and holds out the targa rubber to give a better seal.
Mine needs doing again, but has lasted for 3 years without leaking...:)

PS... works for the top edge of the windscreen rubbers also....:)
