Home safe & sound around 11:30pm. Rained most of the way home. Were a few interesting moments of aquaplaning on some of the crap bits of road. Thanks to Tammy & Greg for the weekend. Was great to catch up with all.
Good day. Pity about the slow start. No Zed for me this time but we were impressed with the Prelude putting out 113kw. Not bad for a 4 pot. And for those that saw the drag race between Mia and simonzx as we were leaving..... Prelude Won. I cant wait to find out what my zed does at the next one.
Yea I saw that as I pulled out not far behind you. Had a bit of a chuckle when the zed had to pull in behind haha.
What a long day!! well i was at FIST from about 8:20am and left at 4:30pm or there abouts, good to catch up with everyone for the day. my car didnt perform at its best on the day thou few dramas saw my first attempt on the dyno only gettin 122kw at 5000rpm as it was starting to cut out not to bad for those rpm's, abit earlier before getting on the dyno i decided to change my CAS to see if it might be the cause of a slight miss, car still had the same miss after trying the spare CAS i had at home so i left it on the car, after a failed first run decided to put the old CAS back on and try it again, ended up with 146.9kw not overly happy but i dont think the base timing was exactly 15deg when we put the old CAS back on.
You beat a TT though!! Gotta be happy with that Poor ZedExer... My car is only 11.9kW off yours when yours doesn't work properly
yeh give me a couple of weeks to sort things out then you will be more than 20kw behind me AGAIN, when are you going to start catching up ill be old and grey soon... :bash:
It was a bad bit of road yeah yes i had pretty much all four wheels off the ground getting Air at entrance to the side road where they joined yes i shat myself i have to admit it didn't have much on me at the start tho V-tec Shme-Tec hahaha

Dyno update We made 235.4kw @ 14psi - 1kw off 2nd - minus Fleet and his big ass turbos. Feeling better today too - cheers
Photos! Great day, thanks to pexzed for organising it! I didn't quite get to my target of 40 sausages to equal free dyno, but oh well - next time... Some nice outputs - I was very happy with my 221.1kw/291hp with a dropped cylinder and shocking exhaust. Best Results: Mia after V-Tech kicked in, yo My Dyno Run and results:

Zedexer (Chris) Is in safety boost. No error codes, but must be a connection problem there either elec or otherwise forcing the wastegates to be held open. Boost pressure was 6.5 PSI. Not too bad a figure for safety boost.
Boost Hey Greg you have got me thinking.. Standard boost is 9PSI i was only getting solid 8PSI what exactly is safety boost, I think 7PSI right?? What could the reason be for me only getting 8PSI is my real question, anyone?
sorry to push you to get ur fotos up. hmm i thought u went home thats what you were talking about that you had to go home not that you were going to dinner/supprise party with k-zed otherwise i woulda come and woulda done my dyno first, and brang everyone to laughter. enjoyment that their zeds kicked asss and my beasty old ford came in last, as everyone knew it would. as i did. lol hmm thanks for organising the day mate really enjoyed my self, apart from the hot anoying sun. ill let ya know the results of the next dyno that i do on the ford after i modd it a little, heheh im sure that you prolly dont want to know but ill let ya know anyways.....
