    I've sent a couple of emails to Powertrix, but havn't gotten a reply - how does everyone else usually go about this??

    Maybe tlk to arcticdragon and get him to hook you up. Its cheap to buy atm. And he could send it to you via USPS for sweet f all.

    probably have a better success rate at getting it sooner too.

    It took about 4 whole working days(with a weekend in between) before I got a reply from them. I know that doesn't help but I was fairly antsy by that stage and nearly went elsewhere for what I wanted.

    Charles is a good bloke and genuine enthusiast... I've done a couple of things with him. I'm sure they will get back to you ASAP.

    Yeah used that email address - hopefully will get back to me soon - i've started emailing alternate places now.. its been a week since I emailed almost - more than enough time to get back, especially when i want to spend so much with him..
