    Hi all,

I've just gotten my PS HP hose that goes to the rack rebuild by Enzed. The old fittings are used. However, after fitting them back in, PS fluid still leaks from the metal line at the end of the hose. I've tighten the nut back, and fluid does not leak from the nut, but the metal lines in the middle of the nut. What should i do to that? Does the nut needs replacing? Fluid leak is more visible when steering is turned lock to lock.

    Cheers.

Replace EVERYTHING. I went through 3 alternators because PS fluid leaked into them, and now my PS pump is f*cked, which in turn shot out a pulley and ate my brand new sillicon radiator hoses (which are now duct taped together).

Long story short: Fix power steering by replacing everything, cos it will break everything in your damned enging bay.

Thanks for the reply mate, but its the one that goes to the rack, at the very bottom of the engine bay.. The fluid will only leak to the floor not on any engine component. Its not leaking at the banjo bolt but the straight metal line at the other end.. So not worried about PS fluid damaging other stuff..
