    nice idea.

loose the gay ipod looking icons.

Make them mean lookin and colour co-ordinated.

Wouldnt want the speed there in big numbers either for 2 reasons

    1) Easier to look at the speedo. Why look over to the centre consol when you're eyes should be on the road?

    2) TOo easy for my wife to see what speed im doing. :p

Other than that, I LOVE the idea of modernising the aging Z32 setup. Nice work.

The mini-screen is a brilliant idea (especially for the passenger)

The mini-screen is a brilliant idea (especially for the passenger), because when playing MP3 off DVD it still displays the artist and track names and the arrow keys on the remove still work for this screen; even when the main screen is displaying the GPS map.

I normally use the GPS directly next to the rpm-speedo gauges, in 3D mode so that I can see what is around the next corner. The GPS in the stereo I use to display the 2D map zoomed out a bit on what I can see on the 3D map GPS.

Unfortunately for the angled icon it was the only appropriate one for music ... but you knew the second you saw the icon exactly what it was. Also the angled icons are a perfect angle from the drivers seat.

I don't normally use the speedo feature because if it is enabled then the GPS software does not work, because only one GPS receiver but two programs trying to access it... but it is handy at times for Double-D weekends (double demerits & double dollars).

I am thinking of ditching the current Double-Din unit and replacing it with one with an analog dial volume control... also its front panel buttons don't work as market on the front, very irritating.
