all that much.I love the classic lines o an originall Z whether it be in 2 seat or 2+2. All we see here is aftermarket front bars HUGE spoilers and Really shit(not even functional)side bars lmao! What ever happened to the love for the z32 with just its classic lines and all points to the guys that even go brazillian!(even less cluttering)I dunno,maybe its just me but if I see one more Z32 with that god awful veilside mangle,I think ill chuck ,seriously...anyone agree?
Yeah I agree the Veilside gear is a little much however I dont agree entirely. The classic lines of the Z32 are just that and as long as the kits etc try and accentuate those as much as possible then all good I say. Some people mod for looks and others for performance its all personal taste really.
your right thats why there is bodykits out there and for sure some look great but for the life of me i cant work out why Im in such a smalllll percentage of the forum who dont have bodykits...Im just saying that people here cant like the look o the z32 all that much.and ferrari lights>like the same thing as a gt faker lol anyway just my 2 cents worth,and anyone who thinks a z looks good with a veilside kit(any part of it)really has no respect for the z32s shape.
You are absolutely entitled to your opinion, but you also need to recognise that others may not share your view completely. Otherwise we would all be driving around with identical cars, and that would be boring.

i have a 2 seater the yanks live by it..they hate the 4 seater..i always thought the 4 seater had an edge over looks but i deemed the extra seats a waste of time and weight.love my wee short wheelbaser.

I like the 'classic' lines of the Z, but at the same time I like the added aggressiveness that the bodykits can give. For now the 300zx is still not considered a 'classic car' like the 240z's, and modified or ultra-stock-restored is not going to affect resell value much at all, at this point in time I think its the k's on the odo, and the age of the car are factors that determines price, rather than originality/stockness. Maybe in another 20 years, when the 300zx reaches 'classic car' age, then we start to 'restore' them back to their 1989 glory. But yeah....bodykits, silly doors and shiney wheels and chrome door handles ;-) are just things to make your car more unique and stand out in the crowd.

Both the Z32 and the MKIV Supras are a bit of a blank canvas, as nice as they do look factory they've been designed with the aftermarket scene in mind. It's not like Nissan are incapable of making bodykits, but they'd rather leave it up to the individual tuners to customize it how they wish if that's what they want. Some are way over the top sure, but at least even the riciest (that word is so wrong) 300ZX isn't just all show and no go unlike some little 4cyl gokart with a 10ft tall wing except of course NA's. LOL Joking Simon you big girl, dont tell on me now! Chrome door handles could possibly be the worst idea ever, and you're complaining about bodykits? haha
