I was very lucky to view Paul Newmans 300zx in Don Laws restoration workshop just outside Stoke-on-Trent UK, two years ago. Unfortunately all work stopped when Paul Newman died. As with V8 Supercars it bares no resemblance to the Z31, the only things that were original were the windscreen pillars and the roof as was required in the class that this car was racing in. An Awesome Machine, but faded into insignificance against some other cars in Dons workshop, ie, the le mans version of the Jaguar XJ220.
