ACT Parting out black zed.

A month ago a very good friend of mine rang me to say he'd run up the back of someone at a roundabout at low speed.
He then told me his insurance company were going to wright the car off!

So now i have the sad job of parting it out or selling it whole.

I have done all services and handled the respray since john bought it from a forum member down south many years ago.

Since this car has been declared a wright off, you may be able to register it again, but it would'nt be worth it.

The car is an 89 TT manual slicktop, Black (very nice paint). The speedo says 206,729km, most of this was highway driving. The boost was left standard since ive known it, and john never flogged it.

A few prices to start off:
*AGX adjustable shocks w/std height king springs $450 +post
*TT engine complete w/loom,ecu,turbo's,dumps,intercoolers and piping. no clutch, flywheel or a/c pump. $1700 +post
*Manual conversion kit. $1800 +post comes w/g-box, tail shaft, short shifter, sandwhich plate, all brackets, bolts and wiring as well as the cyn-r-g segmented flywheel and RPS clutch. or $1400 +post w/out clutch or flywheel.

I should add, i would very much prefer pickup but im able to freight everything from engines to hatches, but since i work til 4pm everyday sending a massive parcel may take time to package properly.

How much for the van and dumpster? do a deal for both?

 

Im interested in a few bits pending price and condition - weather strips over the roof, 3rd brake light infil panel, condition of shocks?, small plastic piece from the boot?

 

How much for the oil pressure sender and oil pump?

Also, any compression figures on the engine?

Hey buddy, the windscreen cowls are in perfect condition but have been painted black to match the car.

Also, i have a few spare stereo bezel strips.
