    Hi People,

Ok saw this post last week and I love the flames on the front of the car, quite subtle - almost wish I had a red Z
Now my mate Ben does airbrushing (SFA) and he's always wanted me to 'let him at' my car  !!
Now I've never been keen on a paintjob but after seeing the car in the above post I'm warming to it...
Was talking with Ben yesterday and he suggested a tribal kinda theme, and came up with some very rough sketches:

But I'm not too sure about them, I think I want something very subtle...

Anyone got any views and/or suggestions !!

I think it'll take a bit of convincing to do it, but if I see something I really like I'll prob go for it :p

    Matt.

Personally i dont like em. but...

if you are that keen id prolly suggest the first one, it is the most subtle.

Don't like em. They sure are tribal tho... they'd look right at home on a Maori's bicep I reckon!

Before finding my current Zed, with it's existing sticker kit, which I love!, I was going to get a black Zed, then superimpose one of the following Joker pics across the bonnet:

    ICP Joker Pics

But, as they say, each to their own! :)

    Don't do it!

If you must paint it like that then just do the front, fist foot or so, not the whole side of the car, it's way too much.

But then again different people have different tastes.

heheh I thought I might get this kind of reaction !! As I said, I'm not

keen on the tribal thing either, it was just something he thought of and knocked up quickly...

Also agree with you Goldmember, if I am going to do anything I will prob just go with the front and quite subtle like the flames on the red Z - not that it has to be flames ! :)

I will chuck a few more ideas around and keep you all posted... ;)
I'll get the consensus of the forum before I do anything too rash, don't worry... ;)

Thanks for the responses so far, keep 'em coming along with any ideas

    Cheers,

    Matt.

    airbrushing?

well i dont think i would ever risk it on my own car...

...but i love that pink s2000 in 2f2f, i love that paintjob...

... if i was ever gonna change the paintjob on my car i would go for something stealthy, like a nice black or dark metallic grey (car is currnetly red) or something bright like a nice deep metalic pink or orange (im obsessed with pink cars at the moment), but i wouldnt airbrush it. a long time ago i may have but ive seen to many cars like this to consider it now...

    Matt,
I have nothing but admiration for the skill displayed by Airbrush Artists, but in my opinion, that skill is misplaced when applied to a Z32.
If you want a mobile signboard, leave the Zed in the garage and buy yourself a "Jeepney" from the Philippines. Not only will you get wall to wall Art, but you also get polished S/Steel AND more chromed horses than you can poke a stick at.:p:LOL::LOL:

Texture is as important as colour.

Velvety and fury sections would give a whole new look.;)
