i successfully got one working with a H3 globe after an hour, however as i attempted the other side (passenger), i undid the screw too much and now i think i've lost it.

i have a feeling that it fell in the headlight and now i may have to remove that to find 1 damn screw.

    any ideas?
    buy a new screw?

    will appreciate anything.

Were you just changing a bulb?

What screw did you lose? The long adjusting screw at the rear? You don't remove any screws just to swap out a bulb.

Buy a magnetic flexible screw retriever

vcan get these from supercheap or repco or whatever, they are basically a magnet on the end of a flexible or telescopic piece of metal.
    Alternatively just booty-fab something up...
check with the screw on the other side that it is actually able to be picked up by magnet first. ;)

Yeah, that is the tricky way to do it

Near on impossible with the light still in the car.
So I went the other route:-

    Click

(edit) That screw could be anywhere, but it's probably not going to cause a problem. A magnet will try to stick to everyting in sight. Try it, but you may just end up putting in another screw.
