Either power steering or alternator belt require tightening. Cam belt cant slip, just jumps teeth and then you destroy your engine.

    Doubt it's that belt!

If the timing belt were to 'slip', the valves will probably contact the pistons.
More likely one of the drive belts on the front of the motor, power steering, alternator or air conditioner requires adjustment.

No its not slipping just making a squealing noise and its not any other belt cos ive had them all off and it still squeals

Belt sounds too tight. Had the same problem with a GTR once. Thy don't have an autotensioner so hard to get right.

Make sure you have the 4mm gap on the tensionr as specified in the factory service manual.

If you still have the noise after taking the power steering , alternator and a/c belts off then maybe you have a problem with the idler pulley bearings or the auto tensioner bearing. To make adjusting the auto tensioner easier i use a 4 mm drill bit and slide the end that goes into the drill chuck into the adjustment gap. I always rotate the motor with a socket on the crank and recheck the gap a few times.
    Good luck

The pulleys dont tend to squeal rather make raspy or bearing noises so I doubt it is them

Agree with Chrispy - belt is too tight and/ or could even be slightly loose - either way the adjustment sounds as if it is incorrect

As dave said "I always rotate the motor with a socket on the crank and recheck the gap a few times"

That part is important as the gap will change after rotation!

You have to fix this asap or the belt can warp and lead to bigger problems - proper fit means long life with a gates racing belt

    Goodluck

And if you get it too tight it will stuff the belt. Mine was too tight and deposited the blue backing onto the idlers

Limited Edition Blue idlers, wow. They are rare. :D

If you have had the front drive belts off and started the engine and the squeal is still there, it time to pull the timing covers off again to double check.
Also check the water pump it could be on its way out.

Dont forget to take the bolt out of the auto adjuster
