You can get the k value changed to facilitate the 550's. this will let you drive around without pouring furl down your cylinders. but you will still need a tune to get the ponnies, dyno or road tune by someone like Tochi?

I do not know the exact differences between years/months but the biggest diff was deletion of AIVs in 93+ cars. Can't see any issues with using 23710-47P10 (93tt man fed) as your base.
They are basically the same. Don't have nistune on this comp atm to check exact differences, but either will work for you Anti. Just need injector resize to drive to dyno as everyone has stated.

Those specifying injector size might want to have a scout around for latency values also. Sure an injector resize MIGHT work for your application and get you to a dyno, but it may also NOT work well without a latency change also. Stock latency values can be very different to aftermarket values.
