AUS Nissan/Datsun Nationals April 2011, Goulburn NSW

Will definitely like to come along for the drive with this, but with getting married having a honeymoon and building a house I'm not sure if I'll have money or even annual leave left to come along! If all goes well Amy and I would love to come up for the weekend!

lucky me.. i'm getting posted to vic next year! just checked the whereis website and golbourn is only 5hrs away!

i just found a dead line to get the zed finished by.. and this is it.. misus has put her foot down i'm not allowed to race (bad stuff happens when i race, engine blew last time at the drags lol 450km from home lol)

i cant wait to see some of these zeds in the flesh.. especially the dub beast..

better pull my finger out and get this flamin' zed on the road lol..

 

Definately good to catch up. The Muzzy hasn't changed much, but we are about to put a rack'n'pinion steering conversion on it which should make it much nicer to drive.

 

I'm booked in as well............... Looking forward to catching up with everyone as I couldn't make it to Armidale this year.

That makes a huge difference I've been told. Looking forward to a GOOD coffee once I'm in Melbourne, might even bring a bike to take around for a spin if I trailer the Zed across to Melbourne, then drive to Goulburn.

 

Righto..the boss has approved my leave for the 18/4/11-1/5/11

So I've booked a "Queen Room (with 2 extra singles) $170 per night" and plan to be staying from the 21/4 (Thurs night) - 24/4 (Sun night) and heading back to VIC on the Monday morning...

Yay ...can't wait

 

A mod should sticky this so it stays on top, wouldn't want anyone missing out on such an awesome event just because they didn't hear of it

 

Confirmed my posting order I'm moving to Melb, and will be going to this show! might even be driving the zed there yet

 

Got one better for you.. come nationals time next year there is a good chance we will have a very very pimped out events bus... chuck dub's zed on a trailer and drive the bus over haha

 

lol but you guys would need like 2 weeks off to get there and back, don't know if you're gonna get many people keen on a bus trip

 

so what if its a 2 week holiday.. thats the fun of it... drink the whole way accross,

when i say epic bus picture this... 52 seater coach... front 5 rows are normal.. back is all couches 50" LED TV, PS3 and associated toys, 8 subs, 12 amps, forgot how many speakers... and thats just the inside lol.... built in kitchen and fridges

sorry guys....

as much as it pains me, gonna have to pull out of the Nationals next easter. Our baby will only be approx 4 months old and so transportation and logistics will be difficult. Also, being the new grandchild, we will be spending easter with the family....

hopefully see you guys at the next one...
