I have only changed a couple things had the heads ported and now using ferrea vavlve train. we have run it in now and set a nice low rev limiter of 4000rpm seeing my right foot is lead filled lol and we did make 98kw on 0 psi at 3100 rpm lol.

I like it, did you end up welding the crank counter weight on?

yes we welded that little bugger on!!! we think we found out why the last engine let go also and it wasnt from the counterweight or the gudeon pins!!! we had problems timing the engine you would set it and then crank away and next thing you know the ecu was saying it was 130 degrees out!!! turns out that the half moon that is pressed into the cam for the cas was loose and as you would crank it would move and change the timing.....so when last engine went looks like maybe at full noise it went 180 or something out and killed it or atleast contributed to kiling it

    IB ?????

The CAS is linked to the cam by the spline, the half moon just help you get them in the correct orientation initially.

Yeah that whole spline that is pressed into the cam came loose.

    New Power figures

Hey guys though id just share some final success with the VG build. We ended up changing turbos AGAIN we went back to a GT3076 on the advise of doug from z fever in the USA and it's a completely different car now and finally making some good figures. We still have some finer tuning to do and we are going to start playing with the gas the week, but on sunday it made 593.4kw it makes all the long nights and nightmare worth it now!!!
