is your cas set to 15 degrees? the map toshi did must have been for a car with the cas set on 0 deg or unknown. you cant run that much full load timing.

even yours with 24deg at 4400, i cant possibly run that on mine or its ping central in 4th and 5th

CAS is set to 15* on both cars that the map was on, If it was tuned for a car with less timing then the rest of the map should have been changed to compensate the CAS being off 15*. Not that impressed in either case.

Injectors are right at 87% on 10.5PSI so i've left it there for now and god does it feel slow. 14PSI was only fun for a day or so. In any case come february i'll be putting the top feeds on with a walbro 485 pump and going E85. I love the response but the lack of power is killing me :p

until you wind the boost up just spend more time attacking corners rather than highway or traffic light pulls, will feel quicker. Or at least slow for a different reason.

Meh zed can 60ft like a demon. Practice your 60fts man!

E85 is insane. Rem it does det (never seen it in real life) and when it does from research its really nasty. You know what your doing though.

    Got any go pro footage?

Didn't really build the car for corners, mostly stock suspension atm.

It takes advancing way past MBT or run it really rich to get E85 to detonate, so i'm not too worried. Currently on Kumho KU36's so i'll wait till the Mickey thompsons go on to practice my 60's. No video as of yet, cars too slow! :p

What do you guys recommend as a good gearbox oil? I currently have Redline lightweight shockproof and it sucks really badly, have a very hard time selecting 2nd and 3rd at high RPM.

    Try MT90 man

Will do, i had the normal redline shock proof a few years back and it was really good, This lightweight shockproof is crap IMO.

Yeah there was some discussion on it on FB a little while back. Redline don't advise LWSP on account of it being slippery.

I actually looked into this and found a few cars doing this. A good fuel cell is fairly cheap so are regs and fuel pumps so it looks like the way to go. We'll see how the motor likes the E85 and more boost in february/march and then i can sort out a good nitrous system. Man i'm so keen to go to the drags again but so many things need sorting out before that can happen :(

Also anyone get random ecutalk readings during wheelspin? I noticed that if my zed spins the tyres the AFM will go to 5.05v and injectors will max out straight away even at 5500rpm? On 12PSI that is.

Ran it today in my track zed and shifts were perfect. Think it's probably your gearbox ;)

Also running it in my diff. Also ran it in my old Supra racecar gearbox and diff. Love the stuff :p

Gearbox had no problems on the normal redline stuff and even the cheap stuff i had put in before, i know its a bit worn but its not all the boxes fault.

Yep probably a combination. Strange though, LWSP usually masks minor shift problems.

Found and fixed a few boost leaks but there are plenty more, 12PSI right now hits 96% IDC. Car really feels slow, slower than what it should be at this boost level. The low end and midrange are great but up top she feels like a slug.

This is standard turbos at the moment isn't it? Sounds like standard turbos.

Yeah just stock manual turbos, must have gotten use to it too quickly :p

The thing with the LWSP is it's a GL5, and Nissan specify a GL4. The problem with the GL5 is it's slippery, and corrosive to yellow metals found in the gear assy. I emailed redline about it a while back and they said that LWSP has a modifier in it that prevents corrosion to yellow metals, but they still advise that it's too slippery for a Z32 box and suggest using MT90 instead.

I found that changing from OEM oil to LWSP helped cushion high RPM shifts on high boost, but it's still a little notchier than I'd like (new gearbox so you can't blame wear and tear lol) when pushing 440rwkw through it. I will probably try Motul Gear 300 when I get around to it.

Well it looks like my red one may be getting stripped for parts as I just won this at auction.

Trents old 360rwkw monster, forged motor and GT28RS turbos.

If the motor is all good in the silver one i will be putting a few things over from my red zed and then stripping it. That gay F40 wing is coming off and my veilside drag wing going on :D

Plans for the silver one(pending motor condition) are the same as my red one:
Top Feed Fuel Rails + 1000cc Injectors
    Walbro E85 pump
    Tune on E85
    Wet Nitrous Kit
    Mickey Thompson ET Streets.

Sooo what happen to the front of this one? Is it registered?

Gonna be 400rwkw soon with e85 plus nos on top should be good for 10's and a few broken 5 speeds
